🌍 Return & Refund Policy — Fashion & Apparel

At high aura store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every item you receive, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Whether you're shopping locally or from across the globe, we’ve designed our return and refund process to be as smooth and fair as possible.


🔁 Returns (Worldwide)

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • No visible signs of wear (e.g., makeup, perfume, pet hair, deodorant)

To initiate a return:

  • Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Return Shipping:

  • International & domestic customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


♻️ Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges due to inventory turnover. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Undergarments, lingerie, or swimwear

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital items (if applicable)
